Experience a Crystal Sound Bath

Halcyon Sounds’ Julia Scott-Russell

Julia will gently ease you into experiencing a group ‘sound bath’ using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. You will invited to comfortably sit or lie back on mat with a blanket and pillow. Starting with a few minutes of guided focus, Julia will help you to ‘just be’ without the need to ‘do’ anything. The remainder of Julia’s ‘Halcyon Sounds’ experience will be filled with different tonal frequencies from some of Julia’s personal collection of bowls.

The sounds produced by the bowls are not just heard by the ear, but felt throughout the body. Specific tones affect the different energy centers for balancing, rejuvenating and reaching the meditative brain state. Julia will tailor the crystal sound in a seamless blend of harmonics depending on the requirements of the group.

In Julia’s Halcyon Sounds crystal sound sessions, she uses the world renowned Alchemy Crystal Bowls. They are prestige hand-forged instruments comprising the finest quality quartz (99.992% pure), infused with gemstones and precious metals, such as 24ct gold and platinum giving extraordinary resonance.

Julia will leave time for the sounds to subside into silence, so you can feel grounded and leave feeling calmly refreshed.

Sessions are usually 60 minutes, (although longer sessions are possible, as well as all-night sound baths!)
